Q. Can we book a room just for a Saturday night?
A. We normally accept two night bookings only over weekends, (Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday). Any accommodation not let for two nights will be released for single night stays on the Thursday prior.
Q. What are your check in / check out times?
A. Guests are welcomed after 3.30pm on the day of arrival and are requested to vacate their rooms by 11.30am on the day of departure. These times can sometimes be flexible, and if an earlier or later check in/out is required please let us know in advance and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
Q. What are the differences between your rooms?
A. Each of our rooms are very individual and have their own character and special features, if guests look at the rooms page of the website all rooms are pictured and special features described, if you are at all unsure we are always very happy to explain the types of room in more detail either over the phone or via the contact form.
Q. Do you require a deposit, when is the balance due and how can payment be made?
A. At the time the booking is made we ask for a £50 non-refundable deposit, £100 if the booking is for two or more nights. The balance of the payment is due on departure, either by credit/debit card or cash. Full details may be found on our terms and conditions page.
