We are delighted to have been awarded the highest rating within the AA guest accommodation scheme - five yellow stard highly commended - with an egg cup breakfast award, symbolising "a very special breakfast with an emphasis on freshly prepared local ingredients." Below is our AA inspectors report for 2011 in full:
"Dannah Farm Country House is beautifully presented and offers a high level of quality and comfort to guests. All areas are immaculately presented, with the smart exterior and attractive setting creating a positive first impression. The public areas are inviting and very well furnished. As previously noted, bedrooms and bathrooms are impressive and offer standards exceeding expectations. Thoughtful accessories, touches such as fresh flowers and an outstanding range of leisure facilities highlight the attention to detail. It is clear that enormous pride is taken in providing excellence to all aspects of the business and in continuing to make ongoing improvements. A Five Star grading remains in place with a well deserved, high position within this band. The quality and choice of breakfast will continue to be recognised by a symbol in the guide and on the web. It was a pleasure to meet with Joan and Martin."
