Christmas Competition ?
Our competition last year was so popular that this year we have decided to offer the use of our new "Leisure Cabin" as part of the prize. Guests answering the question below correctly will be entered into a draw to win two nights in room of their choice, with exclusive use of the cabin for a day during their stay.
Martin and Jack, (our very spoilt dark blue English Setter), continue with their showing career, and are becoming more and more successful, (Jack has again qualified for Crufts in 2008). They have won many rosettes along the way, and so this years competition is to guess how many rosettes Jack has won up to the end of December 2007, (with Martins help of course), since he began his career in the show-ring.
How many rosettes has Jack won ?
The prize is for two people, double occupancy, on a bed and breakfast basis, for two nights with the use of The Leisure Cabin for one day during that stay. This prize wil be valid throughout 2008, Sunday - Thursday inclusive, excluding Bank Holidays and is subject to availability.
And the winner is ...........
Jack won 39 rosettes up until the end of 2007. No one guessed the correct number, but Rachel Dell from Sheffield was the closest entry, and so wins our Christmas competition for 2007.

CRUFTS 2008
We were delighted on Friday 7th March 2008, when Jack was placed 4th in his class at Crufts, taking reserve, out of a strong class of 15. Not only that, but he has been placed higher than all three dogs in front of him at some point in his short career! Watch out for him in 2009!!!
