Five star award winning accommodation on the southern fringes of the Peak district, within the Derbyshire Dales.
We have been awarded 5 Yellow Stars, Highly Commendedfrom the AA, putting us in the top 10% of guest accommodation in the country. We have also been selected to receive the prestigious RAC “Little Gem” award, presented to just a handful of accommodations in the UK. We were delighted to accept this award for 2006, which is given to recognise “exceptional levels of quality, where hospitality and standards sparkle”. This makes us the only accommodation in Derbyshire to have 5 Yellow Stars, and a “Little Gem”!

An image of the Granary Suite at Dannah has been chosen by the AA to be used on the front cover of their Britain's Best B&B Guide 2009. This Guide is a collection of the finest Guest Houses, Farmhouses, Inns and Restaurants in England, Scotland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. Entry into the guide is by invitation, all the establishments having achieved the highest star ratings, following a visit by the AA inspector. Dannah has been in the Guide since its inception and we are delighted to have been chosen to be used for the cover of such a prestigeous guide.
