We are in a rural part of Derbyshire, so if you’re looking for peace, then you’ve come to the right place. This area of Derbyshire is the perfect spot for all types of holidays or romantic breaks, as it combines natural beauty with lovely, unspoilt towns and villages only a short drive away. The beauty of the Peak District is within a fifteen-minute drive, and Derby itself is only a few miles in the opposite direction.
All rooms are individually styled and finished to the highest standards. We offer a mix of traditional, contemporary, and elegant to each room, and each one is unique. Each is designed with an eye for detail, and we have a range of accommodation types from single rooms to suites. Each room has a different theme, and the suites with separate living areas are split over two floors. Features are abundant, including handmade beds, winding steel staircases, double spa baths, private terraces and hot tubs.
Not only do we have exquisitely styled accommodation, but we are situated in some of the UK’s finest scenic countryside. The Derbyshire Dales is the gateway to the Peak District, comprising a mix of small traditional villages and larger towns and cities. Ashbourne, Matlock, Belper, and Derby are all within a short driving distance. The local market towns make for a fantastic day out, and we are close to Alton Towers and numerous activity centres.
